THEMIS TRANSACTIONS’ fee is based on the total sale price of the property sold, including the sale price of the real estate, the sale price of the movables and\/or the sale price of the company shares.
It is expressed as a percentage of the total sale price.
Fees are payable on the date of signature of the final deeds of sale.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
