SALE OR SEARCH MANDATE
THEMIS TRANSACTIONS’ fee is based on the total sale price of the property sold, including the sale price of the real estate, the sale price of the movables and/or the sale price of the company shares.
It is expressed as a percentage of the total sale price.
Fees are payable on the date of signature of the final deeds of sale.

Fees include all services described in the SELL or BUY tabs of our website.
Fees are payable by the seller or buyer, depending on the terms of the mandate.
*Fees are quoted exclusive of VAT at the current applicable rate.
Fees represent the maximum percentages applicable to our services.
Displaying the fee scale with the applicable maximum percentages is a legal obligation, in accordance with the Arrêté du 26 janvier 2022 modifying the Arrêté du 10 janvier 2017 relative to consumer information by professionals involved in a real estate transaction.
