Wine-growing experience
For nearly 8 years, she enthusiastically and passionately managed and developed a wine estate in Côtes de Provence, in the heart of the Var, her native land.
This immersive experience in the world of winegrowing, which she has made her own, has provided her with a wealth of knowledge and understanding of this hybrid profession. As a result, she brings to each winery project an ‘insider’s’ view of the day-to-day reality of a vineyard and the challenges it faces.
Legal experience
Following this winemaking adventure, she joined a notary’s office in Paris (9th arrondissement) to strengthen their rural and winery law practice and to contribute her knowledge in this field. Over a period of 3 years, working alongside senior notaries and legal experts, she built up a solid background in land, tax, and property law to help you make an informed and stress-free commitment to a winery purchase or sale project.
Real estate experience
Drawing on her two complementary professional experiences, she joined THEMIS TRANSACTIONS in 2019 and quickly became its CEO. Since then, she has been working with accomplished vineyard managers who want to grow their business or sell their vineyards, as well as with first-time buyers looking to acquire a vineyard or investors seeking to diversify their assets or make a profitable investment.

The notaries of a well-known notary firm provide us with in-depth knowledge and legal answers on all aspects of rural land law that are closely related to property and tax law.
Technical diagnostics
We entrust a specialised, efficient and responsive company with the task of carrying out compulsory property diagnostics in the Provence Alpes Côte d’Azur region.
